The pay and the insurance is good

Cons

This may not be true across the board but at the Hilton Head Hospital location it's a very racist atmosphere. Nurses, physicians and guests turn up their noses to non white employees, and do not speak to them. Upper management including the "chaplain" have looked me directly in my face and did not speak but spoke to the white employee behind me. First chance I'm getting I'm running away from Hilton Head Hospital

Ethics issues, pay was less than average based upon other jobs in the area, benefits are not good, treated like slaves vs. people, PTO is 4 hours per pay period,
