      Pros

      - Work is increasingly spread out and outsourced, making technician work simplistic and uncomplicated. - The headquarters in Dallas is a nice building with several amenities. - Benefits are okay.

      Cons

      - Corner cutting happens constantly, service outages and general degradation due to sweeping thoughtless changes are a constant reality. - Large segments of the company are being cut and outsourced, there is no concept of job security at Tenet, entire acquired companies will be gutted within months with little communication. - Tenet's management structure is labryinthian and overly insulated, punishing communication and encouraging silence. Information flows like molasses and is often lost in the corporate structure. - Morale and customer satisfaction is low, not believing things at Tenet will get better, only worse. Hospitals and Surgery Centers flee Tenet, only to end up with a company that then gets acquired and subsequently gutted by Tenet.
