good health insurance, great coworkers, some good supervisors, excellent physicians

Cons

100% profit oriented, odd PTO policies, management has no idea what people do every day, management gives dishonest yearly reviews, HR is forwarding confidential emails to management, micromanaging, high turnover, corporate discourages moving people up, ideas/suggestions to make work more efficient get turned down without any consideration, not family friendly

Good experience for IT Great colleagues- some can be condescending in the beginning but IT attracts a lot of neurodivergent individuals which is expected Office environment is lax and nice

Cons

This corporation will outsource you the moment they get the chance. Once they start delegating a part of your duties offshore - start looking for another job Pay is also low compared to other companies and raises were cents. Promotions also didn’t get much of a better raise
