Pros
Many great employees working hard to make a positive impact in healthcare.
Cons
Senior Management talks about providing excellent care but it is obvious that the true goal is to satisfy investors. Lack of investment for new/working equipment in hospitals, staffing in hospitals is not appropriate to handle census, etc. Nurses and techs worked to the bone with little to no incentive. Decisions made at the "home office" don't take into consideration the impact on patients and staff. Home Office is out of touch with what is really happening in the field.
