Local management is outstanding and makes a big difference working for a large company. Human resources is the one department that is not local that has always been very dependable

Cons

Tenet is not a local company in Atlanta and hiring process was very difficult. Expectations of both staff and local management are not realistic. Have heard complaints about company from different staff.
