      Pros

      Not much, maybe some few nice staff remained to work on some units.

      Cons

      Where to begin? Poor administration that didn't care much about the staff, making money was their first priority, no transperency regarding important changes, no employee support, minimal education for staff. Horrible culture in some units. Stressful environment to work with some staff members.

      Not the best. The local people and management are great it's corporate who thinks cheaper is always better.

      Pros

      Can't think of anything. They have hospitals everywhere so if I wanted to relocate hopefully I can go to a tenet facility.

      Cons

      Computer system is awful. They buy systems that are out of date and the the least user friendly that most of us have seen including the IT people that come to train us. Yes we know we have a system that is YEARS old!!
