      Pros

      We were one of the few first team members so I'd say compensation is really good (not sure if it's still the same now).

      Cons

      Local leaders are lackluster - very apparent that they do not know what they're doing and what direction they should take their members to.

      In the Philippines, they do not care much of their employees safety as they are being forced to work even at the peak of the pandemic.
