Depending on who is above you there can be some flexibility

It’s healthcare. The list goes on. Pay is lower than most of the non tenet hospitals. Old equipment they never want to replace. Little to no employee acknowledgement. It’s a revolving door with employees. They can’t ever hold anyone.

Flexible schedule due to being salary and managing multiple offices. You can plan your week around which office needs the most attention at that time.

Cons

Leadership is very hands-off until something goes wrong. Then they want to act like you've had the support you need. Very poor training. Must be able to research and figure things out yourself.
