      Pros

      The company offers great benefits, and I do my job as expected. Both the US and PH bosses are supportive, promoting a good work-life balance and regularly checking salary alignment with market value. Working here has been fantastic, especially because of the great colleagues and leadership. While experiences may vary across departments, in Cybersecurity, it’s been a truly enjoyable experience.

      Cons

      No cons at all! If anything, it would be great to see an added benefit like a retirement plan in the future.
