The executive management team has a recent track record of poor decisions which has undermined Wall Street's faith. The accountants have taken over and are trying to run this large manufacturing company like a bank. They are clueless regarding the realities of actually making a product in this current environment. This pressure for unrealistic results is driving a large portion of the experienced professional workforce to greener pastures.
