      Employees Care about the product they make

      Cons

      Insurance no good, Pay is below industry standard, no negation to salary, No Training (you're throw to the wolves) Communication worse I've ever seen. Upper management have no clue nor do they care to until it comes time to discipline at which time its all aboard.

      Worked there for 19+ years and was able to move up considerable and grow there.

      Cons

      Lots of OT. Ending up being the reason I left. Worked 16 hour days with constant phone calls at home.
