Nice place to work

Pros

Enjoy working with 95% of the people at this facility. The company does seem to treat everyone with respect. There are a lot of holidays. My department has a smooth work flow, no one looking over your shoulder every minute.

Cons

Training. I have never truly been trained on the computer system. That just give you a computer, show you a few things and that it. The rest is up to you to fumble your way through. Nothing much around the facility. If you eat out for lunch there are not many choices in Grass Lake.

Pros

Consistent commication of shared values and goals, i.e., safety from the top. Frequent updates on progress with objectives.

Cons

No real cons. Like many companies managing through challenging economic times some areas could use more resources to perform at an optimal level.

Pros

Flexible hours, decent pay, generally nice people.

Cons

Boring work, an overall approach of doing the least possible amount of work for the client. Political, opportunities for advancement are limited.
