Horrible communication between supervisors and their teams. Lies about working ergonomically and will stick you at one machine until you are burnt out. Overtime isn't announced until 2 hours before you expect to leave. Will fire you without explanation.

Company does not value hourly employees what so ever. HR does not do their job to ensure all employees are held to the same standard. They will fire someone for pointing out, but keep another person who has pointed out, depending on how much they like you. They have recently started have an abundance of faurecia management come to Tenneco, and they have made this a horrible place to work. All of the Tenneco values are gone. They made every department report to operations managers instead of their department manager, so it is more of a dictatorship. So sad to see what was such a great company when I first started, go to the dumps. I honestly thought I would stay here until I retired, but now I can't wait for the opportunity to get out of here. Management does shady things behind closed doors that negatively affects their employees.
