Pros

You have the opportunity to create and build great relationships with coworkers and management alike! Plenty of training for whoever wants it. It's the kind of place you want to go above and beyond for.

Cons

The pay scale needs reviewed and updated. Company is not keeping up. There are many employees frustrated that friends and relatives at a fast food restaurant are making a dollar or less than the employees of TOA are making. That doesn't say very much for those in professional roles-particularly those who've been dedicated for years working the clinics and billing.
