Good place for entry level at front desk, revenue or patient facing jobs.

Cons

Besides the areas mentioned above you will be considered an expense of the practice. Long term performers with many years or dedicated service have been shown the door in a very poor fashion. Although this is a physician owned practice the management runs the show and doctors are either uninformed or just don't care about their employees.
