      Wonderful pay, extremely nice building and advancement opportunity

      Cons

      Snobby nurses and some management. Some of these people walk around like everyone else is beneath them. It’s hard to work with. Not everyone is this way but way too many for the place to be enjoyable to work

      *crickets* *crickets* *crickets* *crickets* still trying to think of something..... ummmmmmm wait. I know. Free coffee. You get free coffee. Oh, and the little cubicles are even lighted. Honestly though, the hourly people you get to work with are the very best part of the job. They know how to find hope in a seemingly hopeless situation.

      Cons

      Terrible pay and benefits. PTO policy is awful; slow to accrue, not nearly enough. Demoralizing work environment. Self-centered management taking care of themselves at the expense of hourly employees. Short-term thinking to impress stockholders at the expense of long term viability. No career path for hourly employees. Did I mention that the pay and benefits are terrible?
