Flex time, excellent benefits, education benefits, pension plan, market competitive pay, no travel requirements, excellent training to employees

Cons

The cons are lack of promotional opportunities based on abilities. Often, promotional opportunites occurs from outside of government. Changing management often creates low morale.

You get to help people in a time of great distress. As a district attorney, you always have the opportunity to do the right thing, even if it means dismissing a case.

Cons

The job does not pay very much. Also, your continued employment may be based on whoever wins the next election.
