      great place to work with amazing people and benefits. To be able to assist the great people of the wonderful state of Tennessee.

      Cons

      Very large environment with many levels of management. Can get lost in the shuffle with all the red tape to achieve goals quickly.

      Things have changed dramatically, all temps are being made to run state government like private business. Very stressful situation.

      None that I can think of, they overworked employees for very little pay

      Cons

      Not a stable environment, departments change completely every couple of years and management in Nashville are disconnected
