      Pros

      The 'do-ers' are some of the most decent people I've ever worked with. Great integrity and altruistic attitude amongst my colleagues.

      Cons

      Cronyism Run Wild!! The most unqualified (who are also the most politically connected) get the highest salaries and perks over legions of more qualified, then all those cronies meet in private to decide how its going to be for the folks that actually do the work...a total train-wreck and disconnect!
