      Paid holidays and great benefits

      Training is nonexistent, job duties and expectations are not clearly defined. current employees and overworked and too territorial to ease their workload or they barely have anything to do. Environment tends to be unprofessional and petty. There is a 'get in where you fit in' , 'sink or swim mentality' . Employees are not too keen on showing you the ropes, you will have to figure things out on your own.

      The benefits are good and there is generous time off

      Cons

      It is hard to move around. The pay is relatively low. You may be subject to bait and switch with your position. Hired as an accountant and ended up unhappy as a customer service representative.

      Excessive Workload with Unrealistic Expectations for Employees

      Good benefits, okay pay, job security

      Cons

      The workload is excessive at times and you can easily drown trying to read medical records and maintain a caseload. The agency is understaffed and there is a high turnover rate, so you will often be expected to take on someone else's work. Even during vacation days you will still be assigned work. If you are easily overwhelmed, this is not the job for you.
