Pros

Hours are flexible and management is extremely supportive.Work is challenging and rewarding. Health care benefits are pretty good. Worth it.

Cons

Pay is no good.Should not expect much as this is government work. Vacation and sick leave is also very poor.

Cons

The qualifications and skill of the leaders vary greatly. It could get bad quickly. Hiring, pay and advancement opportunities are all terrible.
