Best thing about working for the state is.... Things are NOT about sales,numbers,profitts/losses, production numbers etc.

Cons

They do NOT provide the resources for you to complete your job: IE. shovels, tape measures , thermometers etc. Do i expect too much? seems reasonable to me.
