A crap-ton of holidays, yearly pay increases and good benefits (healthcare, dental, vision, event discounts, etc.)

Cons

Pay increases are stagnant an not market competitive, parking is sometimes hard to find, lots of mandatory meetings which are 90% a complete waste of time

Cons

They allow the Supervisors to Micro-manage you to the point of touching your mouse. They can tell how long you havent touched it. Bullying by managers and they all cover for each other.
