Pros

People are rude, institutionalized, unwilling to accept ANY change. “Thats how we have done it for ever” is said every day even though they know its not working. Back stabling, VERY political, yelling and abusive language permitted. Work is not challenging, people only survive because they are scared and do as little as possible.

Cons

People come in late and leave at 3PM.
