Pros
Excellent products, engineering and customer service from a technology leader.
Cons
(1) Hard to get a promotion or transfer. (2) Salaries are below average imo. (3) Atlanta head office doesn't support the field. Heavy overhead. The rest of us are always the first to blame and the first to be let go while HQ protects their own and has its head in the clouds. (4) Seperate business lines adds overhead, beuracracy, friction and duplication of jobs. We're too small to have seperate sales, marketing, engineering, and so many VPs and Presidents, etc! Nobody wants to deal with it and each protects his own turf. Oh well, the legacy of the technology and good margins helps cover up the flaws, at least for now.
