      First mover in its industry, best products and people, fair pay, open communication, too talent for company size

      Cons

      Not sure, it’s now a division of a NYSE industrial company so whether Tensar keeps its culture is not yet known.

      Incentives for no incidents/accidents at the plant.

      Cons

      A lot of old equipment that is being ran as if it is brand new. Many hazards that need to be addressed possible injuries.
