Pros

Ok pay, good 401k (12% of salary profit share). Fun culture if you don't mind using PTO to attend company events and weird food for your birthday.

Cons

a lot to say here...maybe another time. 30-50% lower salary and overall compensation than a lot of competitors because of how high their overhead expenses are, which is crazy for a "small" company.
