Pros

Christmas Parties you actually WANT to go to ($100 steaks and top shelf booze, say less). CEO actually participates in events with employees, paid entry fees for the Bataan Death March for the team AND flew out to do it with them. Annual bonuses and raises that are actual worth more than a few tanks of gas. Amazing benefits all around, and very supportive of projects that we're driving.

Cons

None really, I can't complain, life is good.
