      Solid staffing agency but their rating is overinflated from consultants

      Pros

      They emphasize customer service to clients and consultants. I learned a lot from them! They also provide the opportunity to travel to client sites and to gain as much as possible for growth. Everyone there is friendly too!

      Cons

      Leadership is mostly white males Challenged work life balance. Last year, they had everyone return to office full time and eventually had to compromise to give just ONE day remote.

      As an employee on contract with a client, my Tential onboarding was simple. Jared Cross was actively engaged with me throughout my contract and felt he was supportive of my personal growth.

      Great place to work, grow and build a career!

      Pros

      I've worked with the company for 8 + years and have been able to grow my career from sourcing to a Director level position. You are truly rewarded for your hard work. The Company Leadership is all about growth and gives a ton back to their employees. I am very grateful for all of the opportunity Tential has provided to me!
