      17.25 an hour. Free lunch on Friday. That is all.

      Cons

      Unyielding hard to communicate back and forth between both companies no days off can't be sick 🤢 somebody dies nothing.

      Pros

      Good resource for technical contract work. Wide network that offers varied roles as well as ample opportunities for remote work. Benefits are all solid. Wages were always representative of market rates and they always pushed for raises when available

      Cons

      Communication with some account managers was not as consistent as others. When roles dry up, some managers can go radio silent rather than reaching out to give updates and require a fair amount of outreach from contract workers to keep them in mind
