Pros

Small company with very friendly staff. Dogs allowed in the office. Plenty of free snacks and free lunches. Reasonable working conditions. Medical benefits are good.

Cons

Below median salary. No organization within finance department. All training is word of mouth. ERP software used was setup wrong, with constant errors. No SME to help explain the system errors. Upper management struggled with workload resulting in constant delays. No structure and very little support. No permanent work from home. People constantly getting Covid and infecting half the office. WFH rules don't seem to universally apply as some staff is permanently at home. Special treatment.
