Depending on your department: Respect, mentorship, career trajectory, flex schedule, good pay and benefits, independence

Cons

For Certain Departments: Poor and immature management, micromanagers, inappropriate behavior, aggressive bullying, favoritism, job stagnation, lack of respect from the rest of the company, zero work/life balance, high turn-over. I would highly recommend speaking with a current or former employee about their experience within your desired department before considering a position with this company.
