Can make a lot of money if you are good at the job. Not too difficult work. My regional manager was great.

Cons

Repetitive, boring work. Salespeople at dealerships sometimes act like you are below them. Pay is okay, its commission so if you want to make more you have to work more.

Work with your hands, fast paced (sometimes). Managers are friendly and mean well.

Cons

Pay, Commision with no base pay. If you take a lot of time on vehicles, either because you do a thorough job or get a really dirty car, you will end up making near minimum wage. Equipment at some locations is not well maintained. Culture is... Meh.
