Pros

The more work there is to do the more you get paid. Provided training. Advanced from lowest position (lot boy) to managing my own location. So some management does recognize hard work, good attitude, and other skills that are needed to become a manager.

Cons

Business can really slow down sometimes and when it does its hard to make much money. If you are not a fast or hard worker as a detailer you will most likely end up only making minimum wage on average.
