For a nation wide company they sure are stingy about getting equipment

Not a lot other than it’s a job

Cons

It’s all piecework so your paid per car, and even then the pay isn’t worth the time you spend on a detail. Management is terrible, they don’t listen to advice from you or get you working equipment. I had no working shampooer, steamer or power washers the entire time I was there. Was fired because I asked for a working steamer to get a stain out and then the manager disparaged my name to the sales people after I had left the store and sabotaged the car I was working on making it look worse than it was after I had spent 4 days on it and they constantly forgot to give me my mandated lunch break

Any pros related to the work environment inside each dealership, never inside of the shop.

Cons

Pay wasn’t great, leadership was subpar, always a fear of being stolen from, corporate leadership seemed lackluster and often confusing, material used to complete each job were not up to task, no sense of belonging, never felt like you were a team, always had to have your own back because no one else would look out for you or each other.
