If you just need something to put some money in your pocket asap, it’s a good place to be

Cons

They screw your pay over, they give minimal training and expect you to excel at the job and criticize you without teaching you. Don’t expect to have much if any time off while working here

Its all about what you put in to it just like anything so decent money could be made here. Flexible schedule.

Cons

Not any type of PTO, I was told we get raises after 6 months which did not happen until a year and was less than expected. No holiday pay, and they wanted us there on some observance holidays. Cheap chemicals they use a lot of diluted products so they can save money and does not supply all the tools to make your job easier.

You aren’t compensated well for your time, you must work very quickly even though this position involves paying close attention to detail. Detailing used cars does not take just an hour to complete, but they expect you to make a car look brand new in just an hour or so! We went from hourly pay to piece work and that’s what eventually made me quit! There is absolutely no money to be made with their system put in place for ‘piece work’!
