Unrealistic expectations. The management will lie and play dumb while redefining words to fit whatever scenario they’re trying to cheat you out of. Company pays on a “performance based” system which is complete BS. They’ll tell you one hour to complete a new car no matter the condition. But be warned… they have now way of knowing when you started! This company is used to hiring unintelligent or desperate employee and the turnaround rate is there to prove it along with their negative reviews. They’ll try to shame you for being disgruntled like you’re in grade school. Dealers get out of paying a fair price for details by hiring this third party hustle. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! Oh and they’re gonna ask you to work 6 days a week! Stay away from these clowns.
