      Great product and lots of potential.

      Cons

      Bad leadership, constant churn in upper management, no clear strategy and common mission, ineffective execution.

      Great Place To Work But Not Perfect...

      Pros

      Good work-life balance. Opportunities to move around and try new things. Smart and reasonable people. Engineering management generally supportive.

      Cons

      Although the company is in transition from an old-style corporate culture to a more modern environment, there still is remnants of the old processes. Company is playing catchup in cloud. Organization is still siloed, which is complicating the transition. More political as you move up the chain. (From experience, this is common elsewhere.) Recent RIF has hurt morale.
