5yHi there. We really do appreciate candid feedback from current employees. And although we understand everyone’s experience is different, we’re sorry yours hasn’t been more positive. On Glassdoor, each individual is allowed one review, per employer, per year, per review type. Glassdoor requires email verification from a permanent, active email address for each user submitting content. The HR and PR team has no influence on Glassdoor reviews aside from encouraging employees to leave their honest feedback, no matter the sentiment.
We understand your frustrations on change. Although you've pointed out some room for improvement, it's great to hear that you agree that Teradata employees are our best asset. Thank you for your review.
