Almost total turnover of leadership team and senior management, so constant reorganization and management changes. Tried to articulate strategy but change management and execution plan are fragmented. Replaced many long-time employees under assumption that new blood was better than engaging them on the change.

Had 7 bosses in three years, promised tuition reimbursement then the company backed out after I was an employee, had my base and variable pay dropped by 25% “accidentally”, took 3 months to correct that error and they never back paid me on the lost pay.
