      Loved the enthusiasm of the new go-to-market strategy. New CEO brings a passion that is exciting to be part of and sparked a passion within me to be part of something great. Lots of great people being brought on board to support this vision.

      Cons

      This passion may be squashed by sales management. Sheep in wolves clothing during the interview process. More concerned with their own professional development than helping the new teams be successful. Pretty disappointing.

      Pros

      This may go on for a while: the people here are fantastic; everyone contributes and when you ask for help, you get it. No one hovers over your shoulder (we're treated as adults here). The managers are exceptional (and not just in IE; on every project I've worked on, the manager has been able to communicate expectations effectively, establish reasonable timelines, and provided the necessary resources). It is a real pleasure to come to work in the IE department (especially since the cubes were eliminated and we have an open working space).

      Hummm...the carpet is kind of old...
