      Pros

      Consulting and technology. Teradata is still one of the best MPPs even if it's expensive. Lots of variety in consulting and really smart people.

      Cons

      Pay lower than industry average. Older company in the technology industry. Needs to be more efficient to keep up with the market.

      Company recognized and is acting on need to transition to newer technologies, innovate and deliver value to customers. Removing CEO in 2016 was a positive.

      Cons

      New C-level leadership is inexperienced causing the organization to thrash. Lack of consistency in initiatives and engineering mentality for product development

      Used to be the premiere database company to work for with a clear vision and management that put money back into their people and products.

      Cons

      Has become a bloated company with no clear direction. Old boy network of NCR antiquated ideas.
