1-Good work life balance 2-Good salary Package 3-Growth opportunity by technical trainings 4- Great work life balance and annual holidays

Cons

1- Slow to responding to changing market landscape which impacted revenues and share prices 2- Lacking innovation , Teradata was in position to be the best cloud services provider instead of one book store doing it , but management was complacent without any innovation culture.

1) Teradata has a good working environment. 2) Management is quite supportive. 3) Leave and CLC policies are best than any organization.

Cons

1) Variables/SCP/CIP policies are complicated. 2) Less onsite opportunities. 3) Avg hike in salary. 4) Cafeteria facility is not up to the mark.
