      Pros

      Competitive salaries in semi space. Year after year, opportunities to work on future generation technologies. Culture is highly collaborative with open doors and access to senior talent and management. Senior management is serious in listening and correcting weaknesses - empowers employees to own and drive work.

      Cons

      Need to expand footprint beyond ATE market. Very talented group of people who can take on other semiconductor challenges

      Pros

      Competitive pay, extremely nice and sharp co-workers. Engaging work, that makes you take pride in what you do and want to perform your best. Relatively lax office culture, as long as you get everything done on schedule.

      Cons

      The average age is so high it may isolate some fresh college grads. Very long term project planning, so it is hard to come up to speed if you arrive at the middle of one the cycles. Outsourcing of some development jobs makes communication slightly less smooth than it ought to be.
