I absolutely enjoy working here. The environment is friendly, supportive and nurturing. There is no micro-managing whatsoever (at least in my department). The company invests in its people and surely take care of you by providing competitive salary, learning and growth opportunities, and a work-life balance. The management isn't strict about petty things like clocking in and out on time,or taking lunch exactly at noon and etc. They provide you an environment where you can grow freely and deliver results. You feel appreciated and respect among your colleagues and management. Overall, a great place to work so far.
