      Pros

      Benefits and pay are good.

      Cons

      No growth for entry level / junior engineers. More concern with project progress than engineer personal progress. If you're not a mid-senior engineer, you are treated with a great amount of disrespect from other engineers/management. Poor software engineering management practices. Management is poor.

      Software is usually an after thought. Some groups are extremely slow moving and others are very dysfunctional and mismanaged. Average pay

      Good culture and nice work place before they implement LEAN....

      Cons

      Upper management does not look below rank and file members...Lots of position that is not good to the business..like many supervisor without experiences...they are just like a liaison officer or merely a messenger..Manager, small manager, test super visor , super visor....redundant positions....
