      A company that moves with the times

      Pros

      Was a very strong learning company, and was one of the pioneering organizations that truly embodied the way to embrace much of the positive aspects of TQM.

      Cons

      Changing macro conditions resulted in some of the learning culture turning to a more controlling culture which was noticeable several years after a number of mergers and acquisitions.

      Nice place to work in. will definitely come back here in the future. I really like it. People are very fun and outoing. good work life balance. Nice location

      Cons

      Sometime works gets boring. Managers seems to be very disengaged. No actual interest in personal growth. Location seems sort of isolated.

      Pros

      Really talented people to work with who are easy to work with. Love flexible work schedule and great work/life balance as long as you do a great job. Also really nice subsidized gym membership and great benefits.

      Cons

      No modern tools to help do the job efficiently. No formal training of any kind. No career development plan, reviews are a joke and no one takes them seriously.
