Pros

Cannot think of any, other than tuition reimbursement, but every tech job at a mid to large size company does

Cons

Extremely poor management. No opportunities for advancement. Their approach to research and development of new products is always behind the technology curve. The accountability of issues and problems always falls upon the lowly engineers, managers don't report bad news up, because that is not what the middle/upper managers want to hear.

Cons

Work for a subdivision of Teradyne and there is limited opportunities in the location I want. The vision for the subdivision is very slanted towards Europe, where the headquarters are located.
