      Not the best, but decent stepping stone

      Pros

      The other IC's were great. The work can be interesting. Learned skills that were applicable to other companies, so it helped me get a better job.

      Cons

      Awful senior leaders. They lie and are incompetent. There is definitely an "Old Boys Club". Worst senior management team I've had to work for. They do not have the technical skills nor business acumen to have their positions. They only got there by corporate politics.
