Pros
Teradyne really strives to give back to employees through their profit sharing plan. Company host employee engagement activities such as occasional onsite activities and is working to retain young talent. Many employees have been here for a long time which speaks to it being a good long term employment.
Cons
Many employees have been here very long and the start up fast pace drive from many of the engineers doesn’t exist. Company is based in MA and isn’t very diverse at HQ.
